How To | Share Transcription Time with Team Members Using Aliceapp.ai
Aliceapp.ai makes it easy to share transcription minutes with colleagues in seconds, whether you're using the web or mobile app.
Sharing via Web Application
- Log in to your Aliceapp.ai account
- Navigate to "Transcription Time" in the sidebar
- Select "Share Time"
- Enter recipient's email address
- Specify number of minutes (minimum 10)
- Add optional note
- Click "Deliver Transcription Minutes
Sharing via Mobile App
- Open the Aliceapp.ai mobile app
- Tap the Transcription Time icon
- Select Share option
- Enter recipient details and minutes
- Confirm your share
What Recipients Will Experience
- They'll receive an immediate email confirmation
- Minutes are instantly added to their Aliceapp.ai account
- If they don't have an account, one is automatically created
- They can begin using or further sharing the minutes right away
All sharing activity is tracked in your Transcription Minutes Log, showing date, amount shared, and recipient.
