Alice does not allow AI models to retrain themselves on our customers' data. We carefully select the technologies that we use, making sure that they explicitly will not retrain models on our customers' data.

We understand that much of the power of AI functionality comes from the sheer volume of data (and also the quality of data) that is consumed in training. As such, builders of AI models crave valuable data that can be used to improve AI models' effectiveness. At Alice, we prioritize the privacy of our customers and we protect their data by never using it to train AI models. Our priority is to deliver the best functionality to you, without compromising on the confidentiality of the data that belongs to you.

If we utilize a vendor, we always have an official agreement with the vendor to ensure that customer data is never to be used to retrain. If we have multiple-levels of vendors (i.e. a vendor has a subprocessor), then we also make sure that we have protection in our agreements to ensure that every impactful subprocessor is in line with your expectations.
